B2B & B2C sales
Studied and trained in both: selling to businesses through wholesale accounts and contracts, and straight to customers, in person and online.
● Expertise
Twenty-plus years in sales and management, fifteen-plus leading ecommerce and digital marketing, twenty-plus in technology, and an AI practice I use on real work every day.
01 Sales & sourcing
Before the ads and the systems, there is a sale. I have sold B2B and B2C, worked with retail buyers, trained sales teams, managed vendors and sourced products from the factories that make them.
Studied and trained in both: selling to businesses through wholesale accounts and contracts, and straight to customers, in person and online.
Working with buyers at the country’s biggest retailers and marketplaces to get products listed, stocked and selling.
Trained sales teams in ecommerce, wholesale, the auto industry, and services and other intangibles, where trust is the whole sale.
Choosing vendors, negotiating terms and holding them to it. Vendor contracts at EfactoryToMe saved $50K+ in the first year.
Sourcing products and working directly with the factories that make them.
From the factory to the customer: overseas containers, warehouses, 3PLs and freight. Today I run the logistics systems at PlantSwitch.

02 Digital marketing
Platforms change how they deliver every few months. I re-check the rules before touching a live account, so the work fits how each platform works now, not last year.
Campaigns built for how delivery works now: broad targeting, many distinct creative ideas, and creative refreshed before it tires. TikTok Shop and GMV Max included.
Search, Shopping and Performance Max, structured so campaigns don’t bid against each other, with clean conversion data feeding the bidding.
Brand Registry, A+ Content, Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, Seller and Vendor Central and FBA planning, plus Walmart, Target and Wayfair.
Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows, plus campaigns that respect the list.
Technical SEO, pages built around what people actually search, schema, Google Business Profile and reviews.
Getting a business named in AI answers: clear entity information, structured data and content written to be quoted.
Pixels, Conversions API, GA4 and attribution tools set up so the numbers can be trusted before money moves.
Ad creative at volume: AI image and video generation, UGC direction, voiceover and editing, matched to each platform.
Store and landing page work that turns more visitors into buyers, designed and tested on a phone first.
Content calendars, posting and community management, scheduled and approved through tools I built.
Logos, brand guidelines, packaging and print, built from the brand’s category rather than a template.
One view across ad platforms, stores and the ERP, so leadership sees revenue, margin and stock together.
03 AI practice
Most AI talk stops at a chat window. The value is in connecting AI to the systems a business already runs, with clear limits and a person in charge.
Agents that run on a schedule with a shared memory: they monitor ad platforms for changes, research prospects, draft outreach and posts, and queue everything for a person to approve.
Custom Model Context Protocol servers that give AI agents safe, scoped access to Shopify, Odoo, Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok and GoHighLevel.
ERP automations that check data, raise alerts only when something is really wrong, file documents and email reports on a schedule.
Integrations, plugins, apps and full websites delivered in a fraction of the usual time, then tested on real devices before anyone sees them.
Image, video and voice generation pipelines for ads and proposals, at the top quality setting, with talking characters synced to their audio.
Computer-vision grading, AI-built training programs and AI search visibility, plus teaching teams to use AI in their daily work.

04 How I use AI
Fast is only useful if it is right. These hold on every build, for every client.
Agents draft and queue. Anything a client or customer sees is approved by a person before it goes out.
Every figure is re-checked against the source before it goes into anything that gets sent.
Client systems run in the client’s own accounts and billing, never on my servers.
A scheduled agent checks the ad platforms for changes every week, and a monthly pass refreshes everything else.
